To Add Content to the Library
We greatly appreciate your suggesting links to free resources
to include in the Library! Before suggesting an item, be
sure to read the section "Add to Library" in the sidebar.
Resources must conform to the "Community Rules" referenced
in that section, including the following. We'll review your
suggestion and also if and where we include it in the Library.

1. NOTE -- The new link must be DIRECTLY to free,
online resources and NOT primarily to advertisements or information
about a company. Do not require that users register to get the
free information -- even if the registration is free.
2. The information must be within the purpose and scope
of the Library as described in the section "About Library"
on the sidebar.
3. Be sure you can legally link to that information.
4. Abusers will be banned from adding content. (Often,
we can detect the specific IP address of the user who submitted
content that did not match the Community Rules.)
